Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. Every plan at Northline Collective runs month-to-month. Give us 30 days' notice if you ever need to downgrade, pause, or cancel.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Any time. Most members start on a Hot Desk and move to a Dedicated Desk or Private Office as their work — or their team — grows.
Do you offer day passes for non-members?
Yes. Day passes are $35 and include Wi-Fi, coffee, and access to the open workspace during staffed hours. Book a tour if you'd like to try the space first.
What's included in "meeting room hours"?
Every plan includes a monthly allotment of hours in our three bookable meeting rooms, all equipped with a display, whiteboard, and conferencing mic. Unused hours don't roll over.
Can I bring guests or clients?
Always. Guests are welcome in the open workspace and any meeting room you've booked — just sign them in at the front desk.
